Whole30 Round 2 – Week 1

Roswell and I started our second round of Whole30 last week and so far so good! Our first round was back in April and we had a lot of success with it. We both lost over 10 pounds and felt much better than normal. However, with vacation in May then the big move back to the East Coast, it was time to get back on the horse and get our eating habits under control again. I have a giant fire breathing sugar dragon.

So far so good. However, we need to re-learn grocery shopping. By the time Sunday evening rolled around, it felt like we had no food left for the week! We had already made the few planned recipes I had picked out and I was looking around unsure of what we’d make the rest of this week. I’ll definitely be looking at our last Whole 30 to see what meals we enjoyed and hopefully find some good ones to make over the next few weeks! I’ll also try to take some better photos for you!

What’s your favorite Whole 30 meal or recipe?
