I was a little tired this week – so I decided to listen to my body and take it easy. As I’ve written, I’ve been having a hard time with my training. I’m still working through what’s going on with my training and other parts of my life. I have some goals for the month of August that I’ll be sharing tomorrow. I haven’t been seeing the results that I was hoping for with personal training so I realize that I need to make some changes.
Monday 7/24: Rest
Tuesday 7/25: 2.03 treadmill miles (30:00) plus NTC Run Ready Yoga cool down
Continued my 1 minute speed intervals that I did last week, working up from 5.0, 5.2, 5.4, 5.6, 5.8, 6.0, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, finishing on 6.5.
Wednesday 7/26: Personal Training: Lower Body (60:00)
Thursday 7/27: Personal Training: Upper Body (60:00)
Friday 7/28: Rest
Saturday 7/29: Rest
Sunday 7/30: Greenbelt Park Fit Trail – 2 miles
Total mileage for the week: 3.85 miles
